  Excellent service at Jonh Keeble once more. This is now my second purchase on a car at their excellent family run business and I couldn't be happier with the quality and result. John Keeble have always gave me amazing customer service and advise throughout the year's. There whole team is nice and friendly and easy to approach and gives me a warm welcoming every time. I would recommend any everyone to use this trustworthy family run business for any services. I would like to give a big thanks to Will for his brilliant work and fantastic attitude towards us.   UPDATE: Now had my trusty Mazda for 5 months and no problems. Very satisfied with having purchased a car from Keebles. Still 100% recommend. ORIGINAL: Purchased my first car here. I dealt mostly with Will who was really helpful and on the ball all the time. A nice smooth process. So far so good with the car (at posting I have had it for nearly a month). Any problems I noticed when first viewing it were rectified before purchase. Highly recommend this local friendly dealer.

  Very poor customer service and couldn't care less attitude. Broken trim on car we purchased from them was supposed to be fixed prior to us picking the car up. Constant excuses as to why the part hadn't arrived. Told us twice to pop over and get it fitted even though they never had the part. Never bothered letting us know. No reply to emails or phone calls. Car picked up with sidelight bulb out, rear washers completely blocked, front washers partially blocked and filthy under rear seats. Wrong postcode put on DVLA form, wrong Reg put on car tax website. No apology for all the mistakes they made. Total let down. Only one member of staff actually had a clue. Unfortunately we had to deal with the other one. Not impressed.
